The AI Consortium’s flagship initiative is the Agentic Control Plane (ACP), which manages all critical AI resources within members. The ACP delivers regulatory-grade auditability, enterprise workflow, industry-leading observability, and transacts over two trillion tokens per month in production.
The AI Consortium has two future programs that are optional to our members: the AI Operations Center (AI-OC), providing cross-member information technology issue awareness; and the AI Token Exchange (AI-TX), which aligns the interests and benefits of collective scale across members, simplifies and expands access to sovereign AI factories, and delivers capabilities that may not be effective for individual institutions to implement alone.
