AI-OC constantly monitors the health, performance, and availability of the systems and providers our members use. Technical operational elements such as platform availability, latency, token rates, and token performance are all actively monitored to provide technical operational awareness of the ecosystem. Because of the scale and distribution of the AI Consortium, this provides technical operational information that can be hard to achieve.

The operational perspective expands as membership grows. Every member adds diversity, improving the fidelity of the technical operational picture for every institution already at the table. Where this technical operational information does not exist, the use of generic tests allows truly global visibility. It is built by members, governed by the same control infrastructure as ACP, and used or owned by the institutions that depend on it.
